My own journey of colon cancer survival since 2006, led me to finding a healthy lifestyle. My own survival has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters, along a renewal or even a beginning health journey. This very personal experience enables me to bring the highest level of empathy, respect, and understanding.
Extensive life experience, along with my career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) allows me to guide you with expertise and professionalism. My coaching and nursing experience reflect my ability to help clients improve their health and achieve a higher level of holistic wellness which equals a more fulfilling and healthy life! As with nursing, HIPAA privacy applies to all sessions and conversations.
My education is from Metro State University of Denver, which was the first university in the US with an Integrative Healthcare degree program therefore is in line with the most up to date therapies and research related to all things involved in holistic (whole) healthcare. Along with my LPN, my college degree and training truly completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you, the client, with the best tools and methods you need to achieve your goals, whether they are mental, physical, emotional, occupational, environmental or relationship goals.
